At BB Supplements we use a next day delivery service*. We do use various courier providers for shipping outside Europe. All UK deliveries are sent via a fully tracked next working day service, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands which are sent on a two day service. All UK mainland deliveries are £4.99 or free for orders over £59.99. Delivery charges to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will be charged separately via an invoice. The delivery charge must be paid before the order is fulfilled.
We process and send all parcels Monday - Friday unless on a bank holiday. We do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. All orders are processed up until 2pm Monday - Thurs and 12pm on Fridays. After these times,orders are processed the next working day. UK orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
EUROPEAN AND THE REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS
Delivery charges for Europe and the rest of the world vary depending on each country. The price for shipping for each country will always be displayed at checkout. Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery to most European countries and the rest of the world
Orders sent to European countries and the rest of the world may incur duty taxes or custom fees. We do not calculate any such fees for you as the fees vary with each country. It is the customer's responsibility to check the legal requirements for their country and what fees may be applicable upon delivery. It is also the responsibility of the customer to check their country's customs permits the delivery of our products.
We will not provide refunds where the customer has refused the parcel, or the parcel is refused by customs due to regulations or tax/duties. We will also not issue refunds if the parcel is seized by customs.
GENERAL
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note: Samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We do not take responsibility for missing samples once they have been shipped by us, however please contact us if this should happen.
When placing an order you must enter a contact telephone number so that you can be contacted by the delivery company if any issues arise.

IMPORTANT
Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel 3 times, before sending back to us. They will notify you via card or text that they have tried to deliver, and there will be options to have the parcel sent to a post office, or re-delivered. If parcels are returned back to us due you not being available at the time of delivery then your order will be refunded, minus the shipping fee. If you request for the order to be re-sent to you, then you will be charged for a second delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:
Please note orders placed on the 23rd, 24th, 27th & 28th of December will not be dispatched until the 29th December. Orders placed on the 30th, 31st & 3rd January will not be dispatched until the 4th of January. Whilst our couriers endeavour to deliver your parcel within the stated deliverh time frame this cannot be guaranteed in the seasonal holidays due to increased demand.
